What is an aesthetic consultation?
A private, in-person appointment where Jolene discusses your goals, reviews your relevant medical history, assesses the area you would like to address and explains options that may be appropriate. It is an assessment and discussion, not a treatment booking.
How long is a consultation?
A consultation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Where is the clinic?
At 2/184 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121, on Bridge Road in Richmond.
Who will I see?
Jolene, a cosmetic nurse, leads every consultation personally.
Is there a booking fee?
A $30 booking deposit secures your appointment. It secures your appointment time.
Do I have to proceed with anything?
No. There is no obligation. The consultation exists to help you understand your options. Any decision is yours.
Can care take place on the same day?
Sometimes. It may be possible where clinically appropriate, but it is never guaranteed and only considered after a personal assessment.
How should I prepare?
Come with your questions and, if relevant, a note of your medical history and any medications. Think about what you would like to address so we can make the most of your time.
Why don't you list specific treatments or prices?
Because whether something is appropriate can only be determined in person, and because advertising rules limit what may be published. We discuss what is relevant to you privately during your consultation.
