How the consultation works
A clear, four-step process from booking to next steps, with no pressure at any stage.
Book your appointment
Choose a time online and reserve it with a $30 booking deposit. You can also call the clinic if you would prefer to book by phone.
Discuss your goals and medical history
At the start of your appointment, we talk through what you would like to address and review your relevant medical history, medications and anything important to your care.
Receive a personalised assessment
Jolene assesses the relevant facial, skin or body area in person, explains what she observes and answers your questions.
Review suitable options and next steps
We discuss options that may be appropriate for you, along with their risks and limitations, and agree on how you would like to proceed. There is no obligation to go ahead.
About same-day care. Some people ask whether care can take place on the same day as their consultation. It sometimes can, but only where it is clinically appropriate following a personal assessment. It is never guaranteed, and it is never decided before you have been assessed and have had your questions answered.

Meet Jolene.

She has worked in aesthetics for over 10 years and has been a registered nurse since 2006. Recommendations are always based on your anatomy, your history and a personal review, never a fixed menu.
